Low Tyramine Foods

There are a lot of lists online of foods to avoid. I’ve printed out a bunch of them and put them on my fridge.  The biggies are bananas, avocados, onions, chocolate, fermented foods like pickles and soy sauce and of course, aged cheese.  Here are some more links I’ve found:
